Thokoman Foods Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of the competition is Thokoman Foods (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”.
2. The promotional competition is open to all permanent South African residents and citizens in possession of a valid South African identity document and who are over the age of 18 years.
3. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Thokoman Foods, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion may participate.
4. The promotion commences on 1 June 2026 and ends at midnight on 12 July 2026. No late entries will be accepted.
5. To qualify for this promotion, participants will be required to:
- Purchase any Thokoman product in-store.
- Write their full name and contact number on their till slip.
- Place the till slip into the official competition entry box located in participating stores.

6. Contestants must reside in South Africa. The offer is limited to one (1) winner only.
7. This promotion is only valid at participating Thokoman stockists and retail stores within South Africa.
8. The winner will be contacted directly via telephone after the draw and will be required to provide:
- A copy of their South African ID document.
- Any additional information required for verification and prize fulfilment.
9. The winner will be required to be available for collection or delivery arrangements of the prize as communicated by the Promoter.
10. The prize may not be converted or exchanged for cash.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Only one entry per till slip is permitted. Multiple entries are allowed provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase and till slip.
13. The Promoter and Brand Factor (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, manipulation of entries or falsifying information.
14. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and participants and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name and/or photographs for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner. However, the participant has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at:

17. The Promoter, Brand Factor (Pty) Ltd and participating agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage the participants may suffer as a result of participating in this promotion. Neither the Promoter, its agents, associated companies, directors, officers nor employees shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever which may be suffered by the participant.
18. The right of admission into this promotion lies solely with the Promoter and is non-negotiable.
19. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.
20. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.
21. The winner consents to the collection, processing and storage of personal information by the Promoter for purposes of the competition and prize fulfilment.
22. The Promoter undertakes to act in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in relation to the collection, processing and storing of personal information related to the participant.
23. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
