Thokoman Choc-Banana Braai Broodjie

A sweet, gooey classic with the perfect Thokoman Peanut Butter twist.

Ingredients

  • White or brown bread slices
  • Bananas, sliced
  • Chocolate pieces or spread
  • Thokoman Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Butter or margarine, for toasting

Method

  1. Spread the goodness: On one slice of bread, spread a generous layer of Thokoman Smooth Peanut Butter. On the other slice, add chocolate pieces or spread.
  2. Add the fruit: Layer banana slices evenly over the peanut butter side.
  3. Assemble: Close the sandwich and butter the outsides of both slices.
  4. Toast it up: Place the sandwich on a braai grid or in a pan. Toast until golden brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
  5. Serve warm: Cut in half and enjoy the melty combination of chocolate, banana, and Thokoman Peanut Butter.
