Healthy Peanut Butter Oat Bars
These healthy peanut butter oat bars are a perfect no-bake treat for a nutritious snack or breakfast on the go. Made with Thokoman No Added Sugar, No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter, they’re sweetened with honey and packed with wholesome oats and nuts.
Ingredients
1 cup Thokoman No Added Sugar, No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
Method
Line a square baking pan with baking paper.
In a medium saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted and well combined.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, chopped nuts, flaxseeds, and dried fruit.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting into bars.
Store in an airtight container for a healthy, grab-and-go snack.
