Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Balls

A sweet, gooey classic with the perfect Thokoman Peanut Butter twist.

Ingredients

• ⅔ cup oat flour (or oats blended into a fine flour)
• 3 tbsp maple syrup (or any liquid sweetener)
• 3½ tbsp Thokoman Smooth No Added Salt & Sugar Peanut Butter
• 2½ tbsp cocoa powder
• A splash of milk (as needed for mixing)

Method

    1. In a bowl, mix Thokoman Peanut Butter and maple syrup until smooth.
    2. Add oat flour and cocoa powder, then stir until a soft dough forms.
    3. If the mixture feels dry, add a splash of milk to bring it together.
    4. Shape the dough into one large ball, then divide into four equal parts.
    5. Roll each part into a log, cut into small pieces, and shape into bite-sized balls.
    6. Bake or air fry at 160°C for 10 minutes, until firm on the outside.
    7. Cool completely before serving for the perfect crisp texture.
