4-Ingredient Thokoman Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪✨

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thokoman No Added Salt & Sugar Peanut Butter 🥜
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips 🍫

Method

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    2. Mix it all together in one bowl — peanut butter, sugar, egg, and chocolate chips. (Yup, just one bowl!)
    3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the tray.
    4. Press gently with a fork to make that classic crisscross pattern.
    5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are firm and the centres are just set.
    6.  Cool completely before diving in — they’ll firm up beautifully as they rest.

💡 Pro Tip: Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for that sweet-salty crunch!
